While consuming fat is not the healthiest solution, you might consider cutting out sugar first, and then reducing the amount of fat you consume. You should also ensure that you follow a balanced diet – doing otherwise will encourage your body to store fat reserves and burn muscle tissue for energy (as this is what it’s programmed to do).
