We have to maintain ourselves in proper diet while we are in the process of reducing weight. Instead of eating without diet conscious, and doing exercise will not help a person 100 percent. We have to lose our weight gradually, and not at a sudden change. A sudden change in diet will cause drastic changes in our body and it makes our body malfunction. We have to drink five to six liters of water daily. The body hydration is necessary for fatty substance and makes our body parts to work in a proper condition. To avoid large intake of food at a time, we can take one to two glasses of water before meal. We can also quench thirst at the same time. We don’t know where it is thirst or appetite. We eat lot and face difficulty by without drinking water. We can do mild exercise like walking one to two hours daily in the early morning. We have to avoid sleep in the day time. Day time sleep will increase our tiredness and it will add weight to our body. We have to intake lot of fruits and green vegetables.
