People always make mistakes, and it is best to forgive oneself and move on instead of ruing over it. Feeling guilty and depressed will only make matters worse for you. Always try to keep your emotions on a normal level.

All around you people congratulate on you being skinny and lean until they glance at your stomach and the roll of fat there. This can certainly be extremely humiliating to encounter this.
