<p>All around you people congratulate on you being skinny and lean until they glance at your stomach and the roll of fat there. This can certainly be extremely humiliating to encounter this. It is such a boon to be skinny and lean. That is the latest in figure mantra and is considered healthy too. But, before you can really sit back and enjoy the being thin feature, you realize that the roll of fat around your stomach ruins all of this.
